How to create 3D visualization with Virtual Desktop Infrastructure

Creating large 3D models requires powerful machines. The DIRE infrastructure will make this possible. At this seminar, DIRE presents the technical background and examples of practical use.

The research infrastructure DIRE – Data Visualization Remote Access – coordinated by the Museum of Cultural History, facilitates a more efficient access to better infrastructure for 3D visualization at the University of Oslo.

Welcome to this seminar where DIRE demonstrates how Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI) can be used and presents the technical background. Read more about DIRE.
